Fred Sexton - CEO
Fred has a 35 year proven record developing and leading successful pharmaceutical start-ups and positioning mid to large international pharmaceutical companies for growth. Fred was part of the executive team that developed Kos Pharmaceuticals through its IPO. He was also an executive director of ColdStream Laboratories, responsible for guiding management in a corporate turnaround and ultimately a successful exit. Recently, he has provided strategic and tactical development advice to a leading additive manufacturing technology company for the development and manufacture of oral solid dosage forms. Fred is an inventor of 18 US drug delivery and healthcare system patents and is a former member of the Board for the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Fred is an avid outdoorsman and horse enthusiast.
Jack Rubinstein, MD - CMO
Jack is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati (UC) and the Associate Director of Cardiology at the Cincinnati VAMC. He is an NIH/AHA/VA funded researcher with over a decade of experience in translational cardiovascular research with a specific focus on TRP channel modulation of cardiac function. Further, Dr. Rubinstein is the director of the Physician Scientist Training Program at UC where he focuses on mentoring the next generation of physician scientists. Beyond his clinical and scientific pursuits Jack is an author and horse enthusiast.
